Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
Please read these terms carefully before using the ac3 platform (ac3.bio). By accessing this website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These terms apply only to adults residing in Bangladesh who have the legal right to use such services. Access to ac3 by minors or unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
At ac3 Registering You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times. Each user may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Ac3 may request your ID or other documents for account verification. Failure to cooperate with this verification process may result in account restrictions.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
The following rules must be followed when using ac3:
- Any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activity on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Using automated programs, bots, or hacking methods to interfere with gaming software or systems is not permitted.
- Attempting to access another user's account without authorization is strictly prohibited.
- The platform must not be used for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Using or republishing ac3's brand, logo, or content without permission is prohibited.
If any of the above rules are violated, ac3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without notice.
Payment, Transactions & Account Balance Policy
All financial transactions on ac3 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Approved mobile banking methods — including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — are available for deposits and withdrawals.
Minimum deposit limits must be observed. Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if verification is not in place.
If fraudulent transactions or suspicious activity are detected, ac3 reserves the right to suspend the relevant transactions and notify the appropriate authorities. Separate terms may apply to bonuses and promotional offers, which can be viewed by logging into your account.

Intellectual Property
All content published on ac3.bio — including logos, text, graphics, and game software — is protected by the intellectual property rights of ac3 or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content without written permission is prohibited.
Third-Party Integrations
Game software or payment gateways provided through ac3 may be third-party services, each governed by their own terms and conditions. ac3 is not responsible for the conduct of those services.
Account Suspension Policy, Terms Amendments & Governing Law

Ac3 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following cases: breach of terms, fraudulent activity, failure to provide verification information, or extended inactivity. If an account is closed, any remaining balance may be returned subject to verification.
Right to Amend Terms
Ac3 reserves the right to modify these terms, in whole or in part, at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. A notification may be displayed upon login for significant changes.
Governing Law
